A lot going on in this montage of studio shots. The main image shows Mick and Jimi Hendrix during the recording of the Eire Apparent album "Sunrise".At this time Jimi was in the process of recording Electric Ladyland.

Take a look at the smaller image at the top right. The person standing at the far right of the picture is legendary studio producer Eddie Kramer who, aside from working with Jimi, has also produced The Beatles, The 'Stones and Led Zeppelin to name but a few.

All these shots were taken at the time by one Linda Eastman; better known in later life as Linda McCartney.

Most musicians would give their right arm to have been part of this kind of musical history.

When we last checked, Mick still had both arms intact!!
